I assume they're targeting the Jihadist propaganda that goes up here. This group would be more than clever enough to hide their trail. That would leave casual users looking out of curiosity or doing legitimate research. Adding these to the already bloated lists of possible "terrorists" would be counter-productive and be an infringement on their privacy.
